Shipping Carriers: We ship overnight express via FEDEX or UPS.
We can also ship via Delta Dash (airport to airport) for $75.

Shipping Charges: Shipping and Handling charges for overnight shipment with UPS or FEDEX is $55.00 per box.
*If two or more animals fit in one box, then the price is $55.00 for shipping.
**Due to rising costs in transportation, FedEx is charging more for fuel, therefore we have had to raise our shipping costs accordingly.

Payment: Full payment must be received prior to shipping out any animal. Accepted payment is through PayPal or Overnight Money Orders. If paying by check, we will wait for clearance from the bank before shipping.

Shipping and Handling: We only ship on Monday through Wednesday, unless other arrangements have been made. All animals will be packed in insulated boxes, weather permitting, a heat pack or cold pack will be provided. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once the animal has been shipped out. All shipments MUST be signed by a responsible adult upon arrival of the shipment on the first attempt. Before shipping out we will check weather conditions and communicate with you on the best day for delivery. We will not ship unless we all agree on a designated date.

If your normal UPS or FEDEX delivery comes in the late afternoon, we will suggest you accept Pick-Up at your local HUB instead of at your residence. This is so the animal is not subjected to riding around in a truck all day. This will be discussed prior to any shipping. It is our goal to make sure the animal arrives to you safely with the least amount of stress.

Inclement weather: During the HOT months and the COLD months we are very conservative with shipping animals. If nighttime lows are below 40 degrees or daytime highs above 95, we will refrain from shipping until the weather reaches a "safer" temperature. We would much rather keep the animal safe from extreme weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse to ship during weather that we deem "unsafe" for the animal.

Guarantee: Live arrival to your door is guaranteed. All shipments must be signed by a responsible adult upon arrival of the shipment. If there is no one to sign for or accept shipment on the first delivery attempt, then guarantee is null and void. We are also not responsble for carrier delays or damages done by the carrier.
We do appreciate an e-mail or phone call to us once your reptile has arrived, so we know it has arrived safely.

We have a seven day health guarantee. Please read and follow the care sheets provided for the animal you are purchasing, this will assist in making sure the animal is properly cared for.

Although, we do our best to visually sex the animals offered, we do not guarantee the sex.
